I just got of the phone from a couple of friends in the US who by the way are very wealthy online business owners.
We were on a call to talk about possible joint ventures and I’m glad to say one was struck up which you will get to see soon if you are part of my list.
But, we then got talking about how dreams of property owners and especially new home buyers have been shattered and how many people have lost all their savings just to be on the property ladder.
This is true in the US and in the UK and I would guess many other countries. So, is property out of favour at the moment? I’d say more than likely and more so with new buyers or investors.
Sure, there are ways to buy property and still make money but the fact is it’s going to cost you much more to borrow the money and in turn eat up your profits.
Well, where do I make money then?
One thing I would not do is buy apartments with big promise of discounts. Very very risky. If you must look at this be sure to make sure you can get the rent first and then think about the investment.

I was in property up until almost a year ago when all the credit crunch talk came into play. I sold all bar one and I am very happy with the choice of timing. Hey, I will get back in but I’ll be waiting for at least two years to pass by.
That’s great but where do I make money now?
You could try the stock market, buying and selling options or calls and puts as they are known. You could try spread betting or you could get into oil futures since it seems to be on the rise all the time.
How about stocks in supermarkets as food is also on the rise. Wheat, rice?
What would I do?
In my opinion you need something that is away from all the greed and fear of these markets. You need something that will make you money all day every day and has proven demand.
That brings me back to my conversation with my friends in the US. We all teach people around the world how to make money on the Internet by finding what people need and how to supply it to them.
You see, if you can find something that people are screaming out for no matter what the stock market or property market is doing hen you have an asset.
An asset?
Yes, you have something that returns more moeny than you spend on it with a residual income that comes in from around the globe. Not just locally.
But, you need to make absolutely sure that what you are promoting has a massive demand and has litle competition.
This would not include Below Market Property or Foreclosures. As you may have noticed this market is now swamped with many ads in newspapers etc.
So, you see?
You need to find another way to make the same money you expected to make in property but without the hassles of dealing with solicitors, tenants, survey’s, finance and more.
Imagine being your own boss, working from home and earning cash 7 day’s per week while working less than 4.
Well you can. I do and thousands of others do to from all ove rthe world. If you prefer to get left behind and would like to wait for the next property boom or whatever it may be then forget about all of this and continue along your way.
However, if you think this sounds like a possible way to earn a few extra pounds a week to cober rising bills and mortgages etc then it’s well worth working a day or two a week on this.
If you want to make thousands more a week then it’s worth putting 4-5 day’s a week as you can do that with this.
Once it’s up and running then you can expect to get regular income each and every day with little continued effort until you decide you would like more income and then you would add some extra time.
It’s up to you how much you want to earn. NOT your ability to earn.
