Well, you must think like a customer. Reset your mindset. I know it’s not as hard as you may think because everyone is a customer in some way shape or form. You just have to reverse the way you think when starting out in business.

Starting an online business like me the online business marketer is easier than ever before because you have so much information on how to start. The only thing is there is always one or two things missing from any single course you may buy or attend.

The onhe thing I have found that is missing from all of them is How To Think Like A Customer, yet it is the most important of all.

It’s how you survey, it’s how you target your marketing, your email campaigns etc etc etc…

Take time to identify the person that is your target market, describe who that person is, write it all down and before you make your next decision think about that person and think about what they may want. Do this for all your products, services, image, marketing, advertising and your website.
