Here is a little about what I call “The Funnel Effect”

To explain this in very simple terms I will start right from the top;

The top of the funnel is the part that is most filled. In this case it is your front end, or your webpage where you will get most visitors or traffic but the least amount of sales in most cases.A product you offer may be worth around £27 or £47. At this point you will start to pick up those valuable names for your list. 

You will get sales here but limited profit.Next stage is your first mail out or email to your list. This can contain some products worth, lets say £67 or even £97. There will be fewer people as around 25% of those first timers will subscribe.

So, less people but the products have increased in value and in price to an interested consumer base from your list.

Next is the third or fourth email to them with products that may be worth £297 or up to £497 as you have now built up some trust and credibility with your list of loyal customers. Fewer again will purchase here at first but this is where a second email two weeks later can come into action. 

It may pick up an extra 4-5 sales. At £497 this is very good for a simple email.The next step is where we really start to get serious about profit.

Be aware that these products must be of excellent quality and a high perception of value. You can start selling products for £1997 and upwards. I know people who are selling products here for up to £9,997. That’s right, almost £10,000. 

Get 2 of these each time you mail out and you can imagine the income that you are starting to generate.

MOMENTUM is quickly increasing. This is the absolute bottom of the funnel where the rest has all been squeezed out but what remains is the ultimate opportunity for high end sales. This takes me to your targets, or the people you need on your list. Make sure you are targeting the demographics correctly.

Those with high levels of disposable cash, or income. This can easily be done by using the funnel effect. Use front end or a web page to build your list.

A little tip that can also work, get postage and packaging included in the price you offer. You can even make the price plus tax.
